All Sponsors and exhibitor applicants will receive email notification the week prior to the designated stand selection week, with further information regarding stand selection process.
Once stand selection has been processed, a final invoice will be raised for confirmed exhibitor.
Final balance of invoice is due within 10 days of stand selection.
If payment conditions and deadlines are not met, the IBA is entitled to cancel admission and relet the selected stand space.
